Temasek Cartel and Kenneth Care Home Signed MOU For Healthcare Services in Tropics City

Temasek Cartel Sdn Bhd (“TCSB”), a subsidiary of Regal International Group Ltd. (the “RIGL”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) on 14 July 2020 with Kenneth Care Home (Rodway) PLT (“KCH”), and the signing event was held at the Group’s property sales gallery, Regal Galleria, along Jalan Tun Jugah in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.
The signing of the MOU was to look into a joint exploration to extend KCH’s services to the owners of the Group’s ongoing major development, Tropics City to encourage health and wellness. KCH is a well-known in Kuching, Sarawak for their services offering residential nursing care, day care and elderly home care nursing services to their customers.
In the recent years, the Group has also strived to bring in a thyroid care centre and Merk-El Care into Tropics City, thus presenting Tropics City as the First Health City in Malaysia. From the Group’s perspective, this signing represents part of our continued efforts to enhance the contents of our current and future property projects. We are constantly striving to add value to our products, to stimulate new demands, to enlarge our customer base, as well as to innovate new application of our real estate, thus differentiating us from our peers and creating new platforms to integrate our real estate products with other value and product chains to yield value amplifying on our real estate to move up the value chain.
