Regal’s Property Projects Widely Received at SHEDA Property Expo 2018

Marked as the biggest property expo in Sarawak, the annual SHEDA Property Expo 2018 returned to Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK), Sarawak, Malaysia from 6 – 8 July 2018.

This year, Regal Group launched the new Tower D residential units of its prominent Tropics City project at SHEDA Property Expo 2018 and was swamped with eager enquiries. Tropics City’s “unique enrichment mall cum residence” concept had caught the crowd’s attention since its initial launch, hence most of the residential units of the first 3 towers were already taken.

Making its first appearance at the show, Regal’s Treetops apartments at Kemena Heights in Bintulu received encouraging responses from home buyers and investors who are impressed with its locality and integrated design.

Organized by the Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association (SHEDA), with the support of the Ministry of Housing and Urbanisation of Sarawak (MHU) and the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB), the event hosted over 100 booths exhibiting various types of properties and products of interest for potential investors and house buyers.
