Regalia’s Kuching Debut Prompted Market Interest

Debuting at the final roadshow of the year organized by Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association (Sheda) at Boulevard Shopping Mall from 11 – 13 Nov 2016, Regalia Properties Pte. Ltd. (“Regalia”) prompted considerable market interest in Kuching with the two international properties offered.

During the 3-day show, Regalia marketed 2 strategically located real estate properties in Liverpool, United Kingdom (UK) and Melbourne, Australia. The Singaporean team, with assistance from Regal Group’s local property marketing subsidiary, garnered numerous enquiries from interested buyers. While the latter appealed more to investors who are planning to send their children for further studies in Australia, the UK project posed to be an interesting alternative for some discerning investors.

“While awareness level is comparatively lower and more efforts will be required to cultivate the market, it’s undeniable that Sarawak or East Malaysia market has got great untapped market potentials and acceptance for overseas investment properties”

remarked Mr Stuart Tan, Sales Director of Regalia.

Moving forward, Regalia will continue to work with the Group’s property marketing subsidiaries in Malaysia, as well as other local marketing agencies, to offer international real estate investment opportunities in East & West Malaysia. Such cross-border collaborations are expected to conjure greater synergies and yield higher long-term sustainable returns for the Group.
