Regal unfolded a new property sales gallery in Kuching – Regal Galleria, offering public the access to Tropics City’s showroom viewing and the unique experience of a smart technology home system employed by XY Hotel Holdings Pte Ltd (“XY Hotel”). Strategically located in RCW Corporate Building, Jalan Tun Jugah, an upcoming prime area, Regal Galleria is officiated today, by Regal Group’s Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr Dominic Su, Executive Director, Mr Nicholas Wong and Director of Project Management, Mr Frederick Eng.
Regal Galleria, focused on promoting Tropics City and other development projects, especially the recent home series that offers living customization to a new level, is expected to heighten the Group’s local brand awareness, enhance its service capabilities and propel wealth creation and sustainability. “Regal Galleria is a one-stop convenience gallery for home-buyers to acquire more information on our recent development projects and latest property market insights,” said its Executive Chairman and CEO, Mr Dominic Su.
Along with the Group’s property marketing arm in Malaysia, Temasek Cartel Sdn Bhd, divisions in mortgage management (Beneworld Sdn Bhd) and asset management & hospitalities (Regal Hospitalities Sdn Bhd) will seek to provide clientele the latest market insights and industrial advices on property investment opportunities.

XY Hotel Smart Home System
One of Regal Galleria’s showrooms demonstrates a smart technology system employed by XY Hotel, to deliver an innovative experience to home system operation. Specially targeted at the young, trendy and internet-savvy clientele, this smart system enables the control and adjustment of room lighting, air-conditioner, television appliances and curtain-drawing via mobile application. Following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between the Group’s subsidiary Regal Lands Sdn Bhd (“Regal Lands”) and XY Hotel dated 15 August 2016, the incorporation of XY smart system in Regal Galleria is an extension of the Group’s effort to introduce “XY” hospitality business model across South East Asia.

Kids’ Corner
Featuring a play area designed for kids, Regal Galleria offers a space of fun and relaxation for both parents and children. “We want the gallery to be child-friendly. The kids’ corner is meant for children to have fun while their parents are occupied,” added Mr Dominic Su.

Operating from Tuesdays to Sundays, 9 A.M. to 8 P.M., the property sales gallery will open for public viewing from 9 December 2016 onwards.
