Regal Lands Signed MOU On Merk-El Care

Regal Lands Sdn Bhd (“Regal Lands“), a subsidiary of Regal International Group Ltd. (“RIGL”), signed a five-partite Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Marcna Development Sdn Bhd, Wonderlist Property Sdn Bhd, MERK-EL Elderly Care and Dr. Xu Kecheng Cancer Rehabilitation Center on 16 June 2019 for the purpose of exploring further the business of establishing, managing and operating the Merk-El Care within RIGL’s development properties, in particular Tropics City located at a prime location in Kuching, Sarawak.

The signing ceremony took place at Palace of the Golden Horses in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and marked a milestone in the business ventures of the parties involved.
