Regal Group Garnered Upbeat Responses @ Kuching SHEDA Property Expo 2017

Hosted by Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association (SHEDA), with the support of the Ministry of Housing and Urbanisation of Sarawak (MHU) and the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB), the SHEDA PROPERTY EXPO 2017 at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK), Sarawak, Malaysia from 14-16 July 2017, was a huge success for most, including Regal Group.

During the 3-day event, Regal Group received many enquiries and bookings for its latest Tropics City mixed development project, as well as for Regal Corporate Park, the industrial park project at Bandar Baru Samariang, which had just completed its Phase 1 construction in early 2017. Keen competitions didn’t keep discerning consumers who were attracted to the unique features offered by Regal Group projects away.

According to the Borneo Post Online, the event attracted 12,000 visitors over the weekend, and the organiser SHEDA was “encouraged by the positive turnout and hopes it is indicative of an optimistic future for the property industry in Sarawak.”
