Regal and iBosses Enter MOU to Explore Innovative Entrepreneurship Program in Malaysia

Million Sunray Sdn Bhd (“Million Sunray”), the 55%-owned subsidiary of SGX–mainboard listed Regal International Group Ltd. (“RIG” or together with its subsidiary, the “Group”) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with iBosses Pte. Ltd. (“iBosses”), the wholly-owned subsidiary of ASX-mainboard listed iBosses Corporation Limited (“iBosses Corp”) on 8 March 2017, to explore a joint collaboration towards developing an Islamic Entrepreneurship program in Malaysia.

As an internationally recognized corporation dedicated to inspiring and leading potential entrepreneurs in their pursuit of success through individually-tailored training programs, iBosses has expanded to Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, Australia and Philippines. With iBosses’ vision to be the global leading provider of Entrepreneurship Training and Development, Regal-iBosses tie up aims to nurture, groom and grow innovative entrepreneurs in Malaysia via iBosses Global Platform including Entrepreneurship Training, Entrepreneurship Mentorship, Entrepreneurship Licensing and an Entrepreneurship Digital Platform.

Moving forward, both parties will also be looking into the possibilities of exploring other related programs and business ventures in Sarawak and China, and tapping into mutual expertise and cross-border network to stimulate innovative product demands and broaden customer base.
