China Ego Group Visits Regal Group In Kuching Sarawak

Regal Group is delighted to host the visit by Ego Group to Kuching, Sarawak in Malaysia from 3 – 8 September 2016 as the first follow-up initiative subsequent to the MOU signed between Regal Lands Sdn Bhd (“Regal Lands”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Regal International Group Ltd. (“RIG” or the “Group”) and Hangzhou Ego Group Co. Ltd (“Ego Group”) dated 18 July 2016.

The Ego team visited several potential eco-tourism development sites in Bau town, Damai, Padawan and Sematan, before their official visit to Regal Group’s corporate office at Kota Samarahan on 6 September 2016. Discussions during the conclusion meeting circled around sharing of successful planning and operation of “Beautiful Village” business model in China, and its possible strategic application to “kampung cantik” in Sarawak.

Ego Group, being the professional team that conceptualized and executed over 10 successful “Beautiful Villages” in China, was impressed with the villages visited, despite the fact that most were still under development and rather unknown. Hence, the focus of Regal-Ego cooperation lies connecting Sarawak to the world through the promotion of Eco- tourism and “Kampung Cantik”, and eventually, enhancement of native properties value.

Mr. Liu Gan, CEO of China Ego Beautiful Village, whose brainchild was conceived on the concept of 1+4+N, where “1” refers to online portal platform that will generate “4” other concepts – Village product experience center, Village education hub, cultural exhibition center and village incubator. Together, “1” +”4” will create the “N” effect, or the ever ongoing ripple impacts.

From Regal Group’s perspective, the promotion of Eco-tourism and implementation of “Kampung Cantik” represent part of our continued efforts to enhance the contents of our current and future property projects.
