New Development Rights Agreement / 新開發權合約之公告
The Company wishes to announce that Beaches & Coastline Sdn Bhd (“BC”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a Development Rights Agreement (the “Senggi Poak DA”) on 21 December 2015 with the owners of land situtated at Sirenggok, Bau, Sarawak, Malaysia comprising a total area of 3,504 square metres (the “Sirenggok Land”). Under the Senggi Poak DA, the Sirenggok Land will be developed into shophouses.
本公司僅此宣佈其全資子公司 Beaches & Coastline Sdn Bhd（簡稱“BC”），已與位於Sirenggok, Bau，砂嶗越，馬來西亞，佔總面積約3,504平方米（簡稱 “Sirenggok土地”）的土地持有者於2015年12月21日簽署了開發權合約（簡稱“Senggi Poak 開發權合約”）。依據Senggi Poak 開發權合約，Sirenggok土地將會發展成爲店屋。
