Entry into Development Rights Agreement / 新開發權合約之公告

The Board of Directors of Regal International Group Ltd. (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to announce that Arena Wiramaju Sdn Bhd (“Arena”), a subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a Development Rights Agreement (“DA”) on 10 November 2016 with the owner of Lots 1043, 1044 and 1045, Block 10 Matang Land District, situated at Jalan Matang Batu Kawa Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia comprising a total area of 13,974 square metres (the “said Lands”).

The DA is a conditional DA wholly contingent on Arena being able to secure the specific approvals to have the said Lands developed into apartments, together with securing all the necessary approvals, licenses and permits from the relevant government and regulatory authorities by Arena. In connection with the DA, an irrevocable power of attorney has been granted by the owner of the said Lands to Arena to authorize Arena to exercise such rights of a land owner as are necessary for the development of the said Lands, including the right to make all necessary applications to the relevant authorities for the various approvals required to develop the said Lands.

Regal International Group Ltd. (簡稱“公司”及旗下所有子公司統稱“集團”) 的董事會僅此宣佈其子公司Arena Wiramaju Sdn Bhd (簡稱“Arena”),已與位於馬來西亞砂嶗越Jalan Matang Batu Kawa,Lots 1043,1044及1045, Block 10 Matang Land District,佔總面積13,974平方米(簡稱 “所述土地”)的土地持有者於2016年11月10日簽署了開發權合約(簡稱“開發權合約”)。

開發權合約爲一有先決條件之合約,取決於Arena可否自相關政府與監管機構取得所有必要的批准、授權及許可證等,將所述土地將會發展成爲住宅。開發權合約亦闡明,所述土地持有者將賦予Arena不可撤銷的授權書,授予Arena就開發所述土地所需,與土地擁有者相同的權利,包括向相關機構提出開發所述土地必要之核准申請。
