Dissolution of Dormant Subsidiary HISAKA AUTOMATION SDN. BHD. / 解散閒置子公司 HISAKA AUTOMATION SDN. BHD.
The Board of Directors of Regal International Group Ltd. (the “Company”) wishes to announce that its dormant subsidiary incorporated in Malaysia, Hisaka Automation Sdn. Bhd., which was placed under members’ voluntary liquidation, has been dissolved.
The dissolution of the above subsidiary is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2015.
Regal International Group Ltd.（簡稱“公司”）的董事會僅此宣佈其馬來西亞註冊的閒置子公司Hisaka Automation Sdn. Bhd. 已於股東自願清盤的原則下，獲得解散。
此項子公司解散預計對本公司截止2015年12月31日會計年度的每股實質合併淨資或每股盈餘將不會有任何重大的影響。
