Deregistration of Subsidiary Company – HISAKA (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD. / 註銷附屬子公司 HISAKA (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD.
The Board of Directors of Regal International Group Ltd. (“the Company”) wishes to announce the deregistration of Hisaka (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“HSCL”).
The deregistration of HSCL is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Group or the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2015.
Regal International Group Ltd. （簡稱 “本公司”）之董事們僅此宣佈全資附屬公司Hisaka (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (簡稱“HSCL”) 已註銷。
上述註銷HSCL，預計不會帶給公司於2015年12月31日會計年度結束日對有形淨值產值或每 股盈餘之產生任何重大影響。
