ACRA Approved Application for Extension of Time / 新加坡會計與企業管制局批准延期申請
The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (“ACRA”) had, on 17 April 2019, approved the Company’s application for the Extension and set 29 June 2019 as the date by which the AGM should be held.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company expects to hold its AGM by no later than 31 May 2019 (as previously announced on 8 April 2019).
公司之董事會僅此宣佈，新加坡會計與企業管制局(簡稱 “ACRA ”)已於2019年4月17日批准公司延期之申請，並授意公司可在2019年6月29日或之前召開年度股東大會。
儘管如此，公司預計能在2019年5月31日或之前召開股東大會(如2019年4月17日所公告) 。
