Regal Global Logistics and OmniNet Strategically Aligned
Regal Global Logistics Pte. Ltd. (“RGL”), the logistics arm of SGX mainboard listed Regal International Group Ltd. (“RIG” or together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), sealed the strategic alliance partnership with OmniNet Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“OmniNet”) earlier this month to market and develop e-logistics services and products.
With over 10 years of extensive industry experience in the development and integration of eCommerce solutions, OmniNet will be providing the technical expertise to design and develop application programs to support RGL and the Group to enhance the effectiveness and productivity of its supply chain management. Conversely, RGL will be exploring the possibilities of providing backend fulfilment services to OmniNet affiliated online eCommerce portals.
The collaboration between RGL and OmniNet is deemed to enhance the Group’s logistic foray with a unique technological edge. In order to meet the demands of the Internet of Things (IoT) today and tomorrow, solid online presence and virtual capabilities are indisputable competitive advantages.
