Supplemental Agreement Relating to An Existing Development Rights Agreement / 與現有開發權合約相關之補充協議之公告
This announcement pertains to an existing Development Rights Agreement (the “Bintulu DA”) relating to land situated near Sibiyu Road, Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia comprising a total area of 1,426 hectares (the “Sibiyu Land”). The Bintulu DA had been already in effect at the time of the issue of the Circular. Under the Bintulu DA, the Sibiyu Land will be developed into shophouses.
The Company wishes to announce that Kenyalang Avenue Sdn Bhd (“Kenyalang”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a supplemental agreement (the “Supplemental DA”) in respect of the Bintulu DA with the owners of the Sibiyu Land on 25 August 2015.
本公告涉及現有的開發權合約(簡稱“Bintulu 開發權合約”),相關土地臨近Sibiyu Road,民都鲁,砂嶗越,馬來西亞,佔總面積約1,426公頃(簡稱 “Sibiyu土地”)。該Bintulu開發權合約已在寄發通函時生效。根據該Bintulu開發權合約,Sibiyu土地將會發展成爲店屋。
本公司僅此宣佈其全資子公司 Kenyalang Avenue Sdn Bhd(簡稱“Kenyalang”),就有關Bintulu開發權合約與Sibiyu土地持有者,並於 2015年8月25日已訂立補充協議(簡稱“補充協議”)。
