Supplemental Agreement Relating to An Existing Development Rights Agreement / 與現有開發權合約相關之補充協議之公告

This announcement pertains to an existing Development Rights Agreement (the “PenrissenDA”) relating to land situated at Ulu Sungai Semengo10th Mile Penrissen Road, Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia comprising a total area of approximately 2.0032 hectares (the “Penrissen Land”). The Penrissen DA had been already in effect at the time of the issue of the Circular. Under the Penrissen DA, the Penrissen Land will be developed into a residential estate.

The Board of Directors of Regal International Group Ltd. (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”)wishes to announce that Kenyalang Avenue Sdn Bhd (“Kenyalang”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a supplemental agreement (the “Supplemental DA”) in respect of the Penrissen DA with the owner of the Penrissen Land on 27 March 2015.


本公告涉及現有的開發權合約(簡稱“Penrissen 開發權合約”),就有關該土地位于Ulu Sungai Semengo 10th Mile Penrissen Road, 古晉,砂嶗越,馬來西亞,佔總面積約2.0032 公頃(簡稱 “Penrissen 土地”)。該Penrissen開發權合約已在寄發通函時生效。根據該Penrissen開發權合 約,Penrissen土地將會發展成爲住宅區。

Regal International Group Ltd.(簡稱“公司”及旗下所有子公司統稱“集團”)的董事會僅此宣佈其全資子公司 Kenyalang Avenue Sdn Bhd,就有關 Penrissen 開發權合約與 Penrissen 土地持有者, 並於 2015 年 3 月 27 日已訂立補充協議(簡稱“補充協議”)。
