Settlement of Legal Proceedings / 法律程序之和解
Further to its announcement dated 17 May 2018 concerning the commencement of legal proceedings by Lim Jin Wei (“Mr Lim”) against Regal International Group Ltd. (the “Company”), the Board of Directors (the “Board”) wishes to announce that the Company and Mr Lim have reached a settlement without any admission of liability on the Company’s part. Among the terms of the settlement, the Company will pay Mr Lim an ex-gratia sum of S$32,051 in addition to Mr Lim’s salary for January and February 2015 which the Company has already paid. The Board is of the view that this settlement is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders as a whole. This settlement will not have a material impact on the Company’s operations and affairs.

茲提述先前於2018年5月17日所發佈之公告，有關林仁偉(簡稱 “林先生”)對Regal International Group Ltd. (簡稱 “公司”) 所提出之訴訟，董事會 (簡稱 “董事會”) 謹此宣布，公司已與林先生在本公司未承擔任何責任的情況下達成和解。於和解條款中，除已支付予林先生其2015年1月及2月份的薪金外，本公司將支付林先生一筆爲數S$32,051之特惠金額。董事會認為，此和解是以公司及股東們的整體利益爲考量的最佳方案。此和解將不會對公司的運營及業務產生重大影響。
