The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Regal International Group Ltd. (“Company”) wishes to announce that at the
Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) of the Company held on 22 April 2016, all resolutions set forth in the Notice of AGM dated 7 April 2016 were voted by way of a poll.
Regal International Group Ltd.（簡稱“公司”及旗下所有子公司統稱“集團”）僅此宣佈，所有載于2016年4月7日之股東大會通知書内的決議案已於2016年4月22日召開之年度股東大會 (簡稱 “AGM”) 上，全數通過。
