(“Company” and together with its subsidiaries, “Group”) wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company held on 24 February 2021, all the resolutions set forth in the Notice of AGM dated 9 February 2021 (“Notice”) were voted by way of poll.
