Resignation of Independent Director
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Regal International Group Ltd. (the “Company”) wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Francis Hwang Huat Kuong (“Mr Francis”) as an Independent Director with effect from 11 March 2021. After serving the Board of the Company for over 6 years, Mr Francis has decided to resign as an Independent Director of the Company in order to focus on his own business venture and other personal commitments.
The Board wishes to express their appreciation to Mr Francis for his invaluable contributions to the Company during his tenure of service.
