Resignation of Independent Director / 公司獨立董事卸任之公告
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Regal International Group Ltd. (the “Company”) wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Chong Weng Hoe (“Mr Chong”) as an Independent Director with effect from 11 May 2019. After serving the Board for over 9 years, Mr Chong has decided to resign as the Independent Director of the Company in order to focus on other work commitments and responsibilities outside of the company.
The Board wishes to express their appreciation to Mr Chong for his invaluable contributions to the Company during his tenure of service.
Regal International Group Ltd. (簡稱“公司”) 的董事會 (簡稱 “董事會”) 僅此宣佈，莊永皓先生 (簡稱 “莊先生”) 自2019年5月11日起，卸任公司獨立董事之職。莊先生於董事會服務逾9年之久，經思慮後決定辭去公司獨立董事之職以更好的專注於公司外的其他事業與責任。
對於莊永皓先生過往所做之貢獻，董事會深表感謝。
