Incorporation of a Subsidiary in Singapore/ 成立新加坡子公司 – REGAL GLOBAL LOGISTICS PTE. LTD.
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Regal International Group Ltd. (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Regal International Investments Pte. Ltd. (“Regal International Investments”) had on 7 October 2016, incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore known as “Regal Global Logistics Pte. Ltd.” (“Regal Global Logistics”). The issued and paid-up share capital of Regal Global Logistics is S$1.00.
Regal Global Logistics will operate principally as an investment holding company.
Regal International Group Ltd. (簡稱“公司”及旗下所有子公司統稱“集團”) 的董事會僅此宣佈其全資子公司Regal International Investments Pte. Ltd. 耀傑國際投資私人有限公司 (簡稱 “耀傑國際投資”) 已於2016年10月7日在新加坡成立全資子公司Regal Global Logistics Pte. Ltd. (簡稱“耀傑全球物流”) 。 耀傑全球物流的發行與繳足資本爲新幣1元，且股本100%爲公司所擁有。
耀傑全球物流主要爲投資控股公司。
