INCORPORATION OF A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY – REGAL CONCRETE SDN. BHD. / 全資子公司 REGAL CONCRETE SDN. BHD. 註冊成立
The Board of Directors of Regal International Group Ltd (“the Company”) and together with its subsidiaries, (the “Group”) wishes to announce that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Regal Lands Sdn. Bhd. (“Regal Lands”) has incorporated a 75% owned subsidiary on 21 May 2015.
Regal International Group Ltd. (簡稱“公司”)及旗下所有子公司(簡稱“集團”)的董事會謹此宣佈其間接全資子公司，Regal Lands Sdn. Bhd. (簡稱“Regal Lands”) 已於2015年5月21日，註冊成立持有75%控股的子公司。

Regal Lands持有750股，即Regal Concrete所發行與繳足資本之75%。與集團無關的第三方 (簡稱“第三方”) 則持有250股，即Regal Concrete所發行與繳足資本之25%。
