Entry Into New Project Management & Construction Agreement / 新項目管理及建築契約之公告
The Board of Directors of Regal International Group Ltd. (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is pleased to inform shareholders that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ocean Megalink Sdn Bhd (“Ocean Megalink”) has entered into a project management cum construction agreement on 10 November 2015 (“Agreement”) with a party who is unrelated to the Group.
The Agreement relates to the development and construction of 80 units of 11-storey service apartments and 1 unit of a double-storey detached house (the “Project”) of land located at Lot 8155 Block 11 Muara Tebas Land District (the “Land”). The Project spans a total area of 4,437 square metres. Pursuant to the Agreement, Ocean Megalink shall serve as the project manager and contractor for the Land, while the unrelated party shall serve as the developer of the Project.
Regal International Group Ltd.（簡稱“公司”及旗下所有子公司統稱“集團”）的董事會僅此宣佈其全資子公司 Ocean Megalink Sdn Bhd（簡稱“Ocean Megalink”）已於2015年11月10日與集團的非關聯方立訂項目管理及建築契約（簡稱“契約”）。
該契約關乎將在位於Lot 8155 Block 11 Muara Tebas Land District (簡稱 “土地”) 所建築的八十 (80)單位的十一樓層服務式公寓及一(1)單位雙層排屋（簡稱“項目”）。該項目佔總面積約4,437平方米。根據契約，Ocean Megalink將爲該土地之項目經理及承包商， 而非關聯方則爲項目之發展商。
