Entry into Development Rights Agreement / 新項目管理及建築契約之公告

The Board of Directors of Regal International Group Ltd. (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is pleased to inform shareholders that its wholly owned subsidiary, Kenyalang Avenue Sdn Bhd (“Kenyalang Avenue”) has entered into a project management cum construction agreement on 14 March 2017 (“Project Management Agreement”) with an independent third party.

The Project Management Agreement relates to the development and construction of 20 units of terrace houses and 8 units of spektra plus terrace houses at the land located at Kampung Sindang Baru, Kota Samarahan, which spans an area of approximately 3.547 acres (described as Lots 82 and 91, Block 2, Samarahan Land District). Pursuant to the Project Management Agreement, Kenyalang Avenue shall serve as the project manager and contractor for the Land, while an independent third party, who is also the Landowner, shall serve as the developer of the Project.

Regal International Group Ltd. (簡稱“公司”及旗下所有子公司統稱“集團”) 的董事會僅此宣佈其全資子公司Kenyalang Avenue Sdn Bhd (簡稱“Kenyalang Avenue”) 已於2017年3月14日與集團的非關聯方立訂項目管理及建築契約 (簡稱“建築契約”)。

該建築契約關乎將在位於古晉哥打三馬拉漢Kampung Sindang Baru (即Lots 82 and 91, Block 2, Samarahan Land District) 佔地約3.547公頃之土地上所建築的二十(20)棟排屋及八(8)棟低成本排屋。根據該建築契約,Kenyalang Avenue將爲該土地之項目經理及承包商,而非關聯方,亦該土地之地主,則爲項目之發展商。
