Completion Of Transfer Of Lease of Property / 完成物業租契轉讓

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Regal International Group Ltd. (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) refers to the announcements made by the Company on 2 June 2016, 28 November 2016, 15 December 2016, 16 December 2016 and 14 March 2017 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, all terms and references used herein shall bear the same meaning ascribed to them in the Announcements.

The Board wishes to announce that the transfer of lease of the Property located at 63 Sungei Kadut Loop Singapore 729484 to the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Regal International Investments Pte. Ltd. had been duly completed on 23 May 2017.

Regal International Group Ltd. (簡稱“公司”及旗下所有子公司統稱“集團”) 的董事會茲提述公司先前於2016年6月2日、2016年11月28日、2016年12月15日、2016年12月16日及2017年3月14日所發佈之公告 (簡稱“公告”)。除非另有界定或文義另有所指外，本公告所用詞彙與已發佈之公告具有相同涵義。

董事會僅此宣佈將位於63 Sungei Kadut Loop Singapore 729484之物業租契轉讓予其全資子公司Regal International Investments Pte. Ltd. 已於2017年5月23日完成。
