Completion of Proposed Disposal of Hisaka International Holdings Pte. Ltd. / 完成擬議處分Hisaka International Holdings Pte. Ltd.
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Regal International Group Ltd. (the “Company” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to announce that completion of the Proposed Disposal of HIHPL under the HIH SPA has been effected on 16 December 2016. Following completion of the Proposed Disposal of HIHPL, Hisaka International Holdings Pte. Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Hisaka (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Hisaka Mechatronic (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. and Tech Motion (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. have ceased to be subsidiaries of the Company with effect from 16 December 2016.
Regal International Group Ltd. （簡稱“公司”及其子公司，簡稱“集團”）之董事會（簡稱“董事會”）意欲公佈已於2016年12月16日完成根據HIH買賣協議之擬議處分HIHPL。隨著完成擬議處分HIHPL，Hisaka International Holdings Pte. Ltd. 和其全資子公司，Hisaka (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.、 Hisaka Mechatronic (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. 及 Tech Motion (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.，即於2016年12月16日終止為公司的附屬公司。
