Clarification Announcement on Corporate Governance Report in Annual Report 2015/ 2015年報中公司治理報告之澄清公告
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Regal International Group Ltd. (“Company”) refers to the Company’s Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2015(“AR 2015”) released to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 6 April 2016, the Board refers to the disclosure of Guideline 9.3 of the Code of Corporate Governance (the “Code”) in the Corporate Governance Report on page 27 of the AR 2015 and wishes to make the necessary clarifications.
Regal International Group Ltd. (簡稱“公司”及旗下所有子公司統稱“集團”) 的董事會兹提述公司於2016年4月6日申報予新加坡證券交易所之本公司截至2015年12月31日財政年度年報 (簡稱“2015年報”)，就2015年報中第27頁之公司治理報告中遵循公司治理規範第9.3條準則所做之披露僅此發佈澄清公告。
