Change of Share Registrar and Place of Where the Register of Members and Index Are Kept / 更改股務代理與會員登記冊及目錄備存處
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Regal International Group Ltd. (the “Company”) wishes to announce that RHT Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. (“RHTCA”) has been appointed as the Company’s Share Registrar in place of the existing Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. with effect from 6 November 2015.
Accordingly, the Register of Members and Index of the Company would be kept at RHTCA’s office located at Six Battery Road, #10-01, Singapore 049909.
Regal International Group Ltd.（簡稱“公司”）的董事會（簡稱“董事會”）僅此宣佈RHT Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. 瑞信德企業咨詢有限公司 (簡稱“RHTCA”) 將自2015年11月6日起取代Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. 被委任爲本公司的股務代理。
因此，公司的會員登記冊及目錄將備存在RHTCA位於百得利路6號，＃10-01，新加坡郵編049909之辦公處。
