Change of Company Secretary / 公司秘書變更之公告
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Regal International Group Ltd. (the “Company”) wishes to announce that Ms. Helen Poh Yan Peng (“Ms. Poh”) has resigned as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 13 November 2015 and instead thereof Ms. Shirley Tan Sey Liy has been appointed as the Company Secretary with effect from 13 November 2015.
Regal International Group Ltd.（簡稱“公司”）的董事會（簡稱“董事會”）僅此宣佈Helen Poh Yan Peng傅燕萍（簡稱“傅女士”）已於2015年11月13日辭去公司秘書的職務，因此Shirley Tan Sey Liy 陳雪莉女士於2015年11月13日將被委派為公司秘書。
