Change of Company Secretary / 公司秘書變更之公告
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Regal International Group Ltd. (the “Company”) wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Siau Kuei Lian as the Company Secretary in replacement of Ms Shirley Tan Sey Liy, with effect from 22 March 2019.
The Board wishes to express their appreciation to Ms Shirley Tan Sey Liy for her past services to the Company.
Regal International Group Ltd. (簡稱“公司”) 的董事會 (簡稱 “董事會”) 僅此宣佈，即2019年3月22日起，將委任蕭桂蓮女士取代陳雪莉女士為公司秘書。
董事會對陳雪莉女士過往所做之貢獻深表感謝。
