Appointment of Financial Controller/ 委任財務總監之公告
The Board of Directors of Regal International Group Ltd. has approved the promotion of Ms. Kong Mei Yen as the Financial Controller of the Company with effective from 20 March 2017.
Ms. Kong will be responsible for the Group’s financial accounting, financial reporting as well as matters related
to corporate finance of the Group. Her responsibilities also include fund flow management, management reporting and tax planning.
自2017年3月20日起，Regal International Group Ltd. 的董事會已批准將江美艷女士升職為本集團之財務總監。
江女士將負責本集團之財務會計、財報及集團財務相關事項。她亦負責現金流預測與管理、財務及稅務規劃等。
