Acceptance of Terms of Transfer of Lease of Property / 接受物業租契轉讓條款
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Regal International Group Ltd. (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) refers to the announcements made by the Company on 2 June 2016, 28 November 2016, 15 December 2016 and 16 December 2016 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, all terms and references used herein shall bear the same meaning ascribed to them in the Announcements.
The Board wishes to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Regal International Investments Pte. Ltd. had accepted the terms for the transfer of lease of the Property located at 63 Sungei Kadut Loop Singapore 729484.
Regal International Group Ltd. (簡稱“公司”及旗下所有子公司統稱“集團”) 的董事會茲提述公司先前於2016年6月2日、2016年11月28日、2016年12月15日及2016年12月16日所發佈之公告 (簡稱“公告”)。除非另有界定或文義另有所指外，本公告所用詞彙與已發佈之公告具有相同涵義。
董事會僅此宣佈其全資子公司Regal International Investments Pte. Ltd.已接受位於63 Sungei Kadut Loop Singapore 729484之物業租契的轉讓條款。
